Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must include all original packaging and accessories, if applicable.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for completing the return process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received. Then we will pay the cost of the return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Exchanges

At this time, we handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before sending any item back for exchange instructions.
